Laserinksolutions.com does not process orders online. After discussing and agreeing on a project we will send an invoice over through Paypal Business for you to pay.

When a user visits our website, we collect some basic information. That information includes your IP address, internet service provider, the pages you viewed, the date and time you visited, and any referring websites. This information does not include any personal information such as your name, physical address, email address, or any other personal information unless you provided that by filling out a quote form. We use this information to make improvements to the website and to insure the best user experience.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our items and your satisfaction. Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Laser ink solutions error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Laser ink solutions. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back the item. Please contact laser ink solutions if you have a problem with an item.
